OK, does this actually show some light at the end of the tunnel?? Did this meet estimates?

What is good for Softworks is obviously good for the majority owner, CCEE.

Almost threw in the towel today -- was ready to sell all my CCEE stock in total frustration. The price is so low now, I just couldn't get myself to do it; I have tried never to freak out and sell when a stock is dropping, but this piece of s**t NEVER stops dropping.

Please SOMEONE out there ---- will this Softworks quarterly DO ANYTHING for CCEE stock holders??, or Softworks holders, as well.

Dorine,

We are responsible for our own decisions, but on the other hand we've ALL done thorough DD on this company. We have done our homework. All the press releases, analyst reports and Investor Relations spin told us this company has been on the verge of profitability.

The Gaines Berland Report of 4/25/98 states the EPS for 1998 at 0.57 and $1.15 for 1999. The strong buy rating was with an estimated price per share in 12 to 18 months of $14.00 to $18.00! Preferred Technologies (Where are you now Jim Stone?) and Cohen had similar statements. Kolesar and crew sang more rainbows than Judy Garland at 45 years old after a half quart of vodka. Collectively, they're all wrong as one can be to date.

Personally, I think some of the analysts may have been misled as we were but they are the professionals and should have seen though this "adjustment" of Softworks IPO (sale of an asset) being "bogusly" claimed in the EPS 0.57. This isn't a tough one.

Danny Jr. coming out with it on a press release and the street seeing through it like a cheap piece of dirty plastic being claimed as Tiffany really took it's toll on CCEE.

Quite simply Dorine, I do blame myself but the decline in price due to misleading information and manipulation is painfully obvious. The shorts cleaned up on this one dearie. We did good DD with what was out there and did it with heart. Now the only person place or thing we should look at is the ticker.

I hope this is the bottom, but with Jr. in there still under the impression he actually knows his Mercedes from his elbow, it's all uphill.

George

Dorine...........................................
If I read the bottom line of the SWRX qtr ended 6/30/98 report correctly, we just earned 70% of .00 EPS. Is that still zero?...birney
