Hi Tom.. I was thinking (now there's a problem) ....if JNNE loses the suit Amerinet...which after having been set up in the Costco deal is now basically in the drivers' seat...could continue without JNNE? Scary thought? I don't know. I think this deal was actually set up by Royal West which gives JNNE a part of the action for the Amerinet refferal. Because JNNES' suit with Amerinet could compromise the deal...JNNE could become expendable? I do believe, however, that in writing it says JNNE is involved for the life of the program. Lance
