The news coming out of Japan late today was very positive. They may be making some positive moves to fix their financial situation. Namely: 1) Nationalize some of the troubled banks; 2) Pare down the power of the Ministry of Finance, which started this whole mess. With the Japanese Finance Minister due in Washington on Tuesday, there may be some perceptions that the Japanese economy has bottomed out and is ready to turn. I believe these stories will make the markets move up next week. DELL can only beneift from all his, especially with the anticipation of the 25 Sep analysts meeting. GO DELL NOW. Fez
