So far, Clinton has not refuted the facts Starr has alleged. What is he waiting for? JLA

"Starr has presented his evidence, mocking legal precedent, secret grand jury proceedings are made public."

Please explain the mocking & secret" part. I honestly don't understand your point.

Oh...and could you save the little digs and horse hockey for the next post...you can double up then.

I thought the President went on Television and admitted to having custody of the 900 or so FBI files? Of course then he blamed it all on some under-qualified security guy that Hillary had hired.

Are you saying that you believe the President could have been lying when he said he and his administration were in possession of FBI files?

Gee, I hadn't considered that angle. :-)

I don't believe Nixon ever appeared before the Watergate impeachment hearings. Based on Clinton's performances in both depositions so far, he's not likely to acquit himself well in such a setting also. His memory is likely to fade even more or he will try to twist words. He'll come off as the incredible shrinking president.

Come on, you pride yourself on being fair. Clinton admitted they had the files. Where is your outrage? Or is this one of those that is too insignificant to even mention? Or are the Democrats innocent even when proven guilty? A little selective tonight aren't you. Ignore it and maybe everyone will forget about it. Learned this from Slick didn't you.
