With our Congress, duties are not fulfilled on principle. They are fulfilled on the basis of public sentiment. As it stands now, Clinton is doing just fine.

Very sad, as the Constitution will have been proven to allow flagrant and cyncical liars, cheats and lawbreakers to remain in office.
