Ginger.... You really need to read Jhild's post again. If you can see where he said it is okay to harass anyone at all please highlight that passage, I don't see it at all. Together thye have committed what most consider to be harassment of people who post on SI. What do you think about Riley's recent mention of having a PI following tonto on his last trip ? What do you think of Pugs and Angel going to tonto's house? What was your opinion of them calling people's work places, talking to supervisors, co workers and company presidents ? What did you think of Riley's behavior of tying up the fax machine at Principal Securities by sending SI posts? I may have missed your outrage at the time... but I don't think so... I hardly think that SI is in the business of providing personal data to those who want to harass... so I think you can stop worrying. In the past when posting you yourself have provided enough detail about yourself that I would think anyone who wanted to locate you could. You better consider that before you get on a tangent about SI. By now you should have learned that you cannot believe much of what BMart says. If he chooses to bring his wife into the mix.. that's not a predicament for everyone else.. got it ?

Ms. Cavewoman, They are not accusations. Mr. Martin posted me my home phone number via PM. Then the harassing phone calls started. The last was from Mr. Jeffery Mitchell who threatened my wife with her husband going to prison, that I am involved with criminal activity and that I am the subject of an SEC investigation. Not only have I been recieving harassing phone calls from S.I. members since Mr. Martin pm'D me the number, Dr. Daaboul and his Medical Director have been subject to the same kind of calls. In my case, I have taken actions to identify all future callers, restraining orders will be sought on those who continue to harass me and my wife, affadavits have been signed and sworn before a notary of public and forwarded to the SEC and FBI as part of their investigation of those manipulating the AZNT market. Please note the strategy of these individuals. Even after harassing my wife , invading the privacy of my home and gathering information via S.I. PM's about me, my family and friends, they continue to refer to me as "Pug's". I believe, since Mr. Pug's is no longer a member of S.I. and very involved with doing diligence on AZNT, and since it appears S.I. rules do not pertain to Messrs. Martin & tonto, they are allowed to intrude my homelife, harass my wife, my friends, all the time libeling Mr. Pug's who is not here to defend himself. S.I. will not prevent the flagrant violation of their own rules, and now my personal life has become the shortseller's playground. RB ---------------------- B.
