So I take it, most believe this is, "same old, same old." >> Frankly I thought I had read it here. But I guess it was on another thread. One has to wonder what this will say to Mahatir in Malaysia. I suspect that it will turn up the heat on the old boy. I hope so. I for one believe it this time. There will be hurdles and bumps and political shenanigans along the way but the pressure had to give somewhere. I am also not surprised that it was announced just prior to Obuchi's visit.
