Hi MB, Here's another location where VTSS is mentioned: investor.msn.com It says that VTSS wasn't down enough to be a "buy" yet when it was off 22%, but the article stated that a stock needed to be down a solid 1/3 from previous highs - well, I think the guy got his wish!! Best regards, Tom
