I have just decided to join this SI deal so that I may post my observations on this company, although I have been reading for a long time. My investment in CSMA has been a disaster. My average cost is over 1.50 per share. So I have taken a real hit on this stock along with many others, I am sure. The management of this company has obviously embarked upon a scheme to defraud the investors. It is easy to see from the press releases, that they have attempted to jack up the price of the stock with overimbelished press releases, and then not followed through on the deals because they never had any intent to do so. Why did they do this? I want to know. I suspect that they were selling stock the whole time. Where did they get the stock? Well, I would like to know that, but this is a non-reporting company with a Utah transfer agent, and there are many, many, past and present horror stories about these types of activities, in Utah, with non-reporting companies. I have never talked to this Elrod character, although I left over 20 messages, but have had talks with a Mike Millis, in California, who is a director, and I believe from my chats with him, that he is deeply involved in this fraudulaunt activity. He is a slippery character and knows how to dodge questions. I have also spoken to another person , by the name of Jon Roylance, another participant, whom I believe to be involved in the scheme. I was able to get his name and address through the transfer agent's secretary, and that took some sweet talking. There are several others, but am just now putting my notes together and will inform this board at a later date as to who may be additional parties to this fraud.

There is one more piece of information that I currently have confirmed, that I believe to be important. The Secretary and Treasurer of the company is the daughter of the independent corporate legal counsel. She lives and offices out of the basement of the attorney's home, and that is the Salt Lake City, Utah, address of Coconino SMA, which you see on all of the corporate documents.

An update on the maximum % gain from 12/31/97 ASK to a closing
Friday bid. Since data is only collected at the close of each Friday, it
can't account for higher prices during other days of the week. Thus,
this is a "worst" case as far as maximum performance of the stocks to
date. 34 of the 44 stocks have had a closing Friday bid that was
higher than the 12/31/97 ASK. BTW, had you bought all of these
issues and after the fill, placed a GTC Sell order on a double, and then
gone on a seven month trip around the world, at least 15 of these 44
would have already sold.

Since 7/31/98, BANY is the only stock in the Fab 44 that has reached a new yearly high.
The high % change (Friday closing Bid over 12/31/97 Ask) for the year follow:
