I'm not suggesting that TSIS services EVER be strictly web based, but I think that there would be a great value added to their service if there were more than one way for users to access the services or get back marketing info. I just know from my own experience that for several years I bought and sold stocks exclusively by touch tone phone, and still do, about 1% of the time, but 99% via the net. I think all this is a trend that I hope TSIS is not ignoring, and I'm sure they are not... Best Regards, R. Gates
