I can't speak for that "Mr. Smartness", but I've been calling NT5 "NT2K, the OS for the next millennium" for a long time. I should have put a (TM) on that or something. If you want, I can look for my first ref, it was probably around the "Dancing Bill" COMDEX last year when all future ship dates were cancelled. Another one I coined was "NT5B2, the Enterprise Beta". Maybe I could get a job with the neologistics department. (oops, a quick search finds techstocks.com, from Nov. 19, 1997, but that was just nt2k, not the other part.)

I have to credit you though, ed, on first reading I though you wrote something else besides "Smartness". I have to credit Microsoft too, they've become a bit humble about this lately. As for nonsense, it's all in the eye of the beholder.
