Not trying to make it a "big" deal..just was looking at the implications of these online auctions...

I don't believe this is correct... May be for "out of state" purchases... but not for "instate" purchases... That would be like saying the Sears is not required to collect the sales tax from the purchaser..they are just doing it so the buyer doesn't have to send it in..????

do you buy antiques..etc or new stuff?
