Exactly my point. I think the banter on this issue was confusion over what people are posting and how they are posting it. If one says, "I've done my DD and talked to people and, IMHO, I believe it is going to move ", then that is a far cry from the type of wrongdoings the SEC would look for.

Chris of NYC, it is very easy to get names from SI, and to get PMs from SI. All you need is a supoena. Quite easy to get with due cause, Judges sign them every day.
