So....what's the concensus then, on the Oil Service Sector? We seem to be drifting from a position of "still a ways to go" to "time to buy".

Myself, I have bought. I think we are close enough to the bottom that further delay will be costly. I look at the driller's situation in SE Asia - with floating rigs stacked up in Singapore, doom and gloom the flavor of the day...but, aside from these rigs, I also see ambitious shipyard programs for upgrades and a respectable amount of drilling activity next year in Indonesia, the basket case of SE Asia, both for exploration, but also a fair amount of development.

So for my money, the bottom has arrived and moved on, we are on the upside now.
