Mr. Pink. I use to work at G.E. Capital. G.E. would never touch FP as an acquisition. Never. They might look at somehow packaging loans and flipping it for some type of limited risk profit. G.E. Capital's forte is to exploit new finance areas and bail out of those business areas when the market gets crowded with competitors. You know their motto, "if we can't be number 1 or 2 in our market then..."

Mr. Pink, you are far too generous in your assignment of an adjusted book value for FP. I think you might want to consider a number closer to $5. This gain on sale scam stuff can really knock the hell out of shareholder equity when it is vomited up in front of the great unwashed and empty suits of Wall Street.

A bow from Italy, Mr, Pink. A month (or half a month) is a time one can stand.
