Thanx for your prompt response, Kidl.
I spoke to Anne Kennedy one day last week and, if memory serves me right, She told me that the required filing either had been submitted, or was completed , ready for submission immediately. She also said that after submission there was a 3 week window, in which , "The Powers that Be" would either AYE or NAYE it! If it's the latter it"s "back to the drawing board"
If it's the former I believe, if nothing else it will have a positive affect on "shareholder frustration."
She also touched on Richmond. "The revised proposal" is now in the hands of the "Powers that Be", "I am not quite sure if She gave me a time frame on this one, But She indicated "I think", that This was Sungolds final proposal for this project. I was at SUNGOLD'S office in Vancouver the 1rst week in July, and although I missed Hans and Kim, I "in my mind" was well received by Anne and the other people I had to go through to speak to her. One of the things We discussed was the seeming, "Lack of communication." using the web page, e/mail etc. She indicated She would look in to it.

Not much was said about Korea, but as far as I know, things are unfolding "not unravelling" as well as can be expected there."

"KEEP THE FAITH"
