OZON should license their technology and collect royalties. The deal they made with Dole subsidiary without any entrance fee paid to OZON was a giveaway. Hoping Dole buys controlling interest. On the other hand if the co. goes under they could get everything for peanuts.

In defense of Gary Bratcher, he was brought into the company to forward their business plan based on OZON's securing necessary funding to do so. Those in OZON who were more responsible for gaining these funds failed. Thus, although the company is financially worse off today than it was 6 months ago, to place the blame squarely on Bratcher's shoulders is wrong. Actually, the way things have gone, OZON would be where they are today with or without Bratcher having served. It would have been interesting to see what he could have done had he had funding to establish a MARKETING DEPT. in OZON to generate much needed sales. If that were done and it failed, then you could blame him...but not now.

I agree. The board is still rife with talent. Real talent with connections. Bratcher was a nice touch, but excess baggage.
