Jazzbo,

I went into the site once again to order cd's. The secure server is not working. So, I called the 800 no nad they tell me they can order it for me. I say if I can't do it how can you? They said they will do it using the unsecure server. I said, no thanks. I am taken aback by missed opportunities of tsig selling cd's at a good price and my friends and I missing to buy at these good prices. Now, I will ask people on this thread one important question. Why is the 800 ordering system not like any other old fashioned 800 system (like ordering vitamins, for example) completely independent of the web so that it will truly be an exceleent backup system? Initially, that is what I thought. That is, if you can't do it thru the web, you call the 800 no and order your cd's like you order your vitamins over the phone. What I am trying to say is why handicap the 800 ordering system by tieing it into the web computerized ordering system so that when the web fails, both fail, which is exactly the situation we have right now. Can you all imagine how much business could have been done by now if the 800 system was truly independent of the web system? A lot, IMO. My next question is why not decouple the web and the 800 ordering system and use the 800 ordering system the way it is supposed to. Get a lot of telemarketers who don't have to be computer experts, but fast order takers, and start the orders flowing using the 800-951-1111. That is the way it should be, IMO. Otherwise, the 800 no is useless and we are no different than the n2k's other than an expensive 800 system that is costing money and bleeding tsig without getting in revenue, not because of the people handling it, but because of a sytem that has basically handicapped them by the constant failure of the web system on which they now rely to execute their orders. I suggest the two systems be decoupled. I have e-mailed tsig about this matter and I am waiting for an answer. Peace and good luck.

Hi Brother TS,

Sorry for not responding sooner. I'm still here... long and strong. I have no intentions of "hyping" TSIG... time and the company will take care of that on it's own.

<< Martin, you with one about the "consumate deal-maker", patience, stay the long-term course, etc. >>

Ditto, Ditto, and Ditto.

Please try and remember that this "baby" was just born. I have been on the phone and computer helping work out some of the bugs on the website most of the weekend. They really are listening and I believe we will be pleasantly surprised with the changes and modifications. Some of them are done and others will take a few more days or so... but it will be done. It really does take time for a baby to learn to crawl and then walk and then run, but we are doing it... thanks to the help of many shareholders and their input.

My Jewish New Year holiday starts very soon and I probably won't be posting until later tomorrow... but, if it matters to anyone, I'm still here. In the meantime, relax and keep the faith and patience. To all, my best wishes for a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.

Best always,

Marty
