Drake - yes but - the skill and experience of your people are very important. One would think with the sophistication of some of these tools that they would reduce the demand for highly skilled people. Experience shows that they don't. They can speed up the process of finding problems and fixing them, but the complexities of today's networks and the speed with which technology is being deployed while it advances hardly ever lets anyone get that far ahead of the game.
