Janice, What happens if a restraining order is violated? The federal order went uncontested. No one showed up. I think its contempt of court. Thusly an order for arrest could be issued. is it a bench warrent or a federal? Would the President of Citibank go to jail or the complience officer, who really takes the fall? I am not a lawyer. But would a MAJOR company like Citi let a matter like this go unheard or uncontested? So, which March/asse does have the short position then ( Via A.Mann.)? And if there has been liable statements made about a March/asse, then Mike Sylver should anti up on his legal bill soon for Icky. aka "The WebKmaster" I wonder if Poker is a good game btw? <h> (this was tough to get.) Ms. Shell. As always, you never let me down. You hype with nothing to support what you say. I guess you feel if you say it with just enough authority or with enough sarcasm, folks will not question you. But, I will tell you this, if they don't cover by Sept. 30th the judge will put out warrants for their arrest. They will go to jail AND still have to cover. I suggest you call JB OXford, they were the clearinghouse for the firms named. You see, you believed Mr. Mitchell, again, that was your mistake. Like your lies about arbitration hearings and judgements, Mr. Mitchell led you astray again. You should perform your own diligence and not be so trusting of those saying the things you want to hear. Ms. Shell, Can you tell me how many indicted criminals are in prison AWAITING trial? RB
