Mr. Raney,

It would be foolish, if not irresponsible, for David to answer that question. It is my assumption that David is merely rolling SOME of his vested options into the market. At an exercise price of between $1.35 & $2.00 it would be hard not to. If you check out the reports though, insiders are gaining much more position through exercising options than they are selling...therefore they are strong net buyers. David may have had personal or business reasons for selling. In any event, it is none of my business. As long as each quarter the number of options exercised is much greater than number of shares sold ( last 1/4 393k options exercised: 245kshares sold= 148k added to positions) it is a VERY BULLISH indicator from management. Also S-8 filing july 23, 1998 shows that management registered 800K shares for the sole purpose of granting options. again VERY BULLISH. All IMHO.

Best Wishes,
Swedelo
