That's an excerpt from a Dow Jones story on Friday.

Since ASYT got a huge chunk of its sales in the last year from Taiwan (43% last FY) and my recollection is that much of this came from foundries, this capacity utilization statistic tells much of the story of the revenue decline, I think.
