Monty,, I don't think it's like that here... A doctor gets paid per visit.... I think they put a ceiling on how many visits or billings a doctor could claim in a given period... Some doctors claims were so high that he would have to be averaging some rediculous amount like one per minute or something, i can't recall.. I think it's like all grand plans, there are those who will abuse the situation, both doctors and patients.. It probably has the typical beauracratic flaws in it as well... russell
