Tomato: I just read your post, and I've got to tell you - For the life of me, I can't figure this one out. Why Why Why! would a competitor like Third Level take such a horrible risk? Could Cliff have possibly posted these horrifically cruel and damaging statements without the company's knowledge? Perhaps right under the watchful eye of a supervisor? Does Third level have hundreds of employees? Maybe Cliff was just some small schmuck employee with stock options and a lot of knowledge about the jump FNTN may have on his company. Why are they/ he so frightened of Financial Intranet? (selfishly, as a stockholder of FNTN, I'd really love to know the answer to that one) I've been asking myself these same questions ever since I pulled myself off the floor and climbed back on my chair after finding that Third Level post. Anyway, I've got to pick up my kid from a birthday party and clean the house before company comes. I'm sure we'll ALL be extremely interested in your findings on Monday. To All: Just finished picking up my little piece of pure sugar (sorry - I'm disgustingly in love with my 7 year old. He loves Mozart, Shakespeare, baseball, sushi AND can belch like a 300 pound longshoreman). I've been thinking about TomatoMan's post all afternoon. I just went back and read it again. In just a few sentences, I honestly don't think I've ever read a more sensitive, sensible and accurate set of thoughts in a post. I'll be reading it for a third time. Over the last several months I have documented small-time hypesters techniques on several threads. That being said I must congratulate you on taking the "you are destroying my company, my investment and my family's future financial well-being" to a new level. It is always amusing to read the new techniques hypesters will come up with to try to discredit anybody who doesn't share their point of view. I would think that anybody who quotes the Bible in its effort to promote a stock would be open-minded enough to RESPECT other people's opinion. I guess we are not reading the same version of the Bible.
