Robert,

Reading the speeches, things seem ok or at least that they
are relatively ok. When you have such a terrible industry
downturn, if your house is in order with good fundamentals
you can feel good and move confidently into the future.

This downturn shouldn't last forever. A lot of articles show
things at bottom now. Some say 2000 some say 1999. The only
thing for sure is nobody knows exactly but if we are at bottom,
then it can begin to turn at any time.

FYI, I personally see signs of an upturn. All that has to happen
is sequential building and that would be that.
