Dan - I think the topic is "Should Clinton resign," and from your post one might infer that: 1) A drunk driver (person A) causes an accident which results in the death of someone, but he drives away and is not caught. A witness can point to Person A being in the city at that time, but no substantive evidence points to on party and therefore, no one is charged or prosecuted. 2) Years and years later, Person B is pulled over for a traffic violation, fails the field sobriety test, and is charged with DWI. From your apparent point of view: At trial, Person B's defense is that because person A never was caught or prosecuted, he cannot be held accountable. You state "you don't follow this stuff closely." Given the depth of detail in your posts, There are two possibilities: You are being disingenous about your own knowledge and its sources, or you are in fact, not following this kind of stuff from any perspective but the White House and Democratic spin machines.
