Just an afterthought;

The major outcome of the JV and partnership with Liberty, as I see it, will be acceleration in all phases of marketing and sales. From what I was told, the Liberty group is a highly professional, tough, unemotional stable group, who are highly motivated by profit. The way it should be. Just what we, the stockholders need, not a bunch of hype by cheerleaders or brokers who do what they are told to do by management.

Frank, Frank, Frank,
I just got back and have to leave again right away. But I have to say just one thing before I go. You need to be a little more critical in your analysis of the piece Ahhaha posted. He is a silver-tongued devil. I'll be back later to respond point by point to his " analysis " of ACTV and the concept of individualized / interactive television.

Good to see some balance here. I knew it was lurking. Bob Zacks likes this company so it can't be all that bad. The pioneering aspect gives ACTV the premier positioning. When you are out on the front lines duking it out against tremendous odds, no matter how badly you stumble, you're learning how to survive and you're the only one who knows the ropes. AOL can write a book on that advantage. I respect any company that is not afraid to wander into Goliath's arena. In coming years if the company can get a foothold and expand their functionality to synchronous interactivity, then I'll be a buyer. Probably I would pay 8 for it. That's higher and dearer, but it's the style that works for me.
