Bob, Boy I hate to see you guys fretting so much about your SEC investigations. You cannot possibly limit free speech, period. All government agencies know this. Manipulations by mechanical means is another story. Pump and dump like the big brokerage houses do is an example. Insiders selling then releasing bad news, followed by a big share buyback after the fall to replenish stock options for management would be another example. Posting on the internet; not even close. Even if the SEC had completely lost it's mind and decided that internet posts were worth investigating, look at Pink's record. Virtually none of his short recommendations have recovered even after he has issued his cover recommendation. Time after time the balance sheet problems and/or accounting fraud turned out to be correct and are still plaguing these stocks long after Pink covered. How can an internet post force managements to commit fraud, or hype their stocks with phony buyout offers. If the SEC does investigate Pink's posts, they will find a staggering record of correct calls - 80% plus by my count. If it makes you feel better, then by all means send this post to the SEC as well. I listened to Pink's short call on FP, then did my own due diligence. I found this company to be strong on hype and extremely weak on balance sheet. A buyout could happen and make me wrong, but my bet is not. Just like OIL and DJT before them. Cube
