So what you're telling me is that the SEC has told AZNT they can't release their financials??

Or did they merely say, you can't release them with an INFLATED and potentially MISREPRESENTIVE valuation for the intellectual property rights??

Is the the SEC coercing Mr. Sylver to even discuss the Intellectual property rights??

I didn't think so. Mr. Sylver has proposed a controversial issue into the financials, which the SEC apparently has taken umbrage with.

They certainly are preventing AZNT from releasing financials that omit the intellectual rights valuation.

Don't blame this problem on the SEC Bmart, blame it on AZNT management.

HUH???? Really, bm, try to calm down. Perhaps AZNT has a Product for your Problem. Reread your post carefully. It makes no sense.
