Jeff: I never saw anything that said it was an exclusive, & I had posted a link to the msn site. (I believe it was in there) However, to me it's not a big deal, it could be a misinterpration by someone. Besides, it would seem that the having of an agreement is what is important. I don't understand something you post though.. You keep saying you need permission..permission from who?? Aren't these public documents people are asking about?? TIA

Mr. Mitchell, You informed my wife that I am part of an SEC investigation. Are you saying that the SEC informed you they were investigating me? Isn't it true the SEC does not talk to the public about their investigations? Please inform me of your source so we can confirm your claims about me being investigated by the SEC and you being privy to the investigation. You also told her I was involved with criminals. Can you name those criminals for me? I have no idea of which criminals you speak of. I would like to confirm their criminal records for myself. What warranted you invading my private life and threatening my wife with these fabricated claims? RB
