All,

I think this is a very interesting article. Perhaps someone else picked this up as well, but it seems the initial tone was indicating that the problem with "chat rooms" is that there are these evil short sellers that want to (and have the power to) ruin legitamate companys with rumor and innuendo. Sounded like they were pointing to ZONA as the wounded party.

But the examples they use to back up their arguments mostly had to do with slimey IR dogs hyping crap and getting busted.

Almost....sounded like they were saying that chat rooms are the problem because they are used to spread the evil of self interested short sellers and didn't even give a thought to the fact that these short sellers (who are more often right than wrong) actually get information out and protect other small investors that would have otherwise been scammed by the shills that are out there.

I continue to be amazed that these people believe that the opinions of short-sellers on chat boards can "batter" a stock.

I also laughed at Ms. Mire's defense of Podolski. Obviously I'm not claiming that ol' Joe is stealing cars or sticking up 7-11s. I am claiming that Joe is embroiled in a stock promotion scheme which relies on poor/inaccurate science, obfuscation, and misleading statements in order to sucker small investors into buying Zonagen stock.
