Alski,

One of the doodads on NEM is the 3 dRSI is possibly bypassing the right shoulder of the IHS that was in progress. A strong move is possible out of this development. The 2, 1, 2 stochs are at a good spot for a move here too.
23 11/16 to 24 1/8 looks likely within about a week (or less). Allowable downside would be from 19 on Mon to 20 3/16 two Tuesdays from now.

ABX is threatening to make a similar move.

Overall though, it looks like this gold move is an isolated event and after the current pop is over, it will be back to business as usual for the gold charts. A long term projection of the current MACD uptrend in gold stocks shows another 2 1/2 years before any serious upward price moves will take place.
