Can anyone here please advise what multiple of sales ALA essentially paid for Digi as the deal was originally announced? Was it 6x Digi sales, 8x, etc?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Doug, I try and stay away from predictions, and don't know a whole heck of a lot about ALA. Mike K or Dougjn might be the most knowledgable on ALA here. In the case of TBR, well, and ALA most likely, much depends on the international scenario over the next few months. My gut is Brazil will be fine after the elections (Oct 3 or 4), but investor confidence will have to be reestablished. Depending on exactly what happens, we could wake up one day to a huge reversal in sentiment over there. I believe much depends on Japan, and these guys seem to be doing nothing but playing games while their economy goes down the tubes. I don't think the Nikki will fall much further from 13,500 (12 year low) but who in the heck knows anymore.

As I have more definitive feelings I'll let ya know. Ready to jump into Japan even if for shorter term jawbone rallies. Incredibly, Japanese investors seem to continually seem to believe the hogwash the politicians spew all over over there.

Good luck,

sf
