COMPUTER CONCEPTS CORP. CLARIFIES 2ND QUARTER RESULTS REPORT

Bohemia, NY - August 19, 1998 - Computer Concepts Corp. (NASDAQ-CCEE) today announced a clarification of its earlier release today regarding second quarter results. The company notes that the three and six month revenue totals of $11,486,000 and $19,110,000 do not include the gain on the partial distribution of a subsidiary amounting to $6,627,000.
