Oh Heck, WW... Why obscure this beautiful short squeeze story with the facts???

And hey... management can do anything they want, can't they?? They are, after all, a Nevada Corporation where officers supposedly can't be sued for the actions of the company.

Oh well... who cares.. As of Sep 30th this situation will come to a head, just like it was supposed to a month ago.

It will be interesting to see what excuse Bmart comes up with then.

ESPECIALLY as it apparently means that by doing so, anyone holding 144 shares could then immediately convert them to common at a ratio of 1:100....
