Herm, thank you!
I need to see things in this kind of detail before I really follow a play.

I'm pretty sure this is a "collar." I'd need to look it up.

Herm is the lack of open interest on the Oct 5 puts a problem?

Herm: I put on paper for those of us who don't own BTGC, 3 ways to enter the stock. I came up with the following alternatives based on a $5 price.

1. Buy 1000 @7.25 = $7250.00 sell 10 Oct 7.5 calls @ 7/16 = $450.00 makes nut $6.70 even with selling ss put
premies my nut would be $6.45 with the stock wort $5.00!

2. Sell 10 Oct naked puts @ 7/8 = $875.00 if I get put at $7.50 my Nut is $6.625 stock is still worth $5.00.

3. Exercise patience and let the stock go down to lower BB and buy it then, Nut = $5.00 or less.
