But that's the price we have to pay, like it or not, for being top dog in the world. I agree it is ridiculous but I don't agree that we should pay that price unless we get something in return as security. i.e. Their frigging property if they don't pay. The Japanese have plenty of assets in this country to secure the LOANS. Hell, most of these countries have never(to my knowledge) paid us back a dime so as far as I'm concerned their damned credit is no good!! :-) Monty
