I am using the latest version of Netscape and that is the error message I got, which by the way is also what the 800 personnel are getting. They say they are working on it. I hope they fix these bugs once and for all. I also wish they get back to me about my suggestion of decoupling the 800 service from the web service so that we can order the old fashioned way by talking to telemarketers and having our orders executed without having to go thru this volatile computer program.A simple common sense approach of the 800 marketing is being handicapped by modern technology, which I am for, provided it does work. But it clearly seems to be challenged here. peace and good luck.
