No. Clinton's silly denial of a sexual relationship with Monica is what caused the release of this material. Blame Clinton, he could have put an end to the whole thing by just being honest. Of course he's not capable of honesty and so, here we are. JLA

Does the Starr report fit your definition of pornographic material? I am more than half way through the report of possible impeachable offences and have not seen anything that I consider pornographic. I would guess that there are some Americans including yourself that consider the material pornographic but they are in the minority. I think if you read the report you would agree.
