Dell-icious, I agree - but will be roller coaster ride until interest rate decision is made. Again Greenspan will set the tone for market conditions as he did in July.
IMO as long as the US economy is strong ,
Greenspan will not lower rates. He'll need to see positive movements in the global economies to stablize first before lowering rates.
