Well until we have documentation in the form of financial disclosure, who's going to be able to know? The fact that these financials are still unfiled suggests any number of negative possibilities. The nonsense of the land trying to be listed as an asset, the fact that these preferred shares may have highly toxic conversion rights as far as common shares are concerned, the dubious, to me anyway, Balance Sheet entries for inventories and the mysterious "Goodwill" for a company not shipping product in any great degree, the potential lack of current sales, the disclosures of conflicts among management and possible adverse findings about whether this can continue as a going concern - these all could make for interesting documentation.

This is why I think that the President and CFO Michael Sylver is trying to stall their filing of the 10-K and the Q's of 1998. With the company sitting on this documentation, things really could be most any way. Yet you seem not to be interested in getting this info from the company.
