Entrapment as in, he was all set to lie about his relationship with Monica in the PJ case, had it all mapped out and thought he had it in the bag until Tripp spilled the beans. To the GJ, he lied again after being warned by a number in his own party as well as some members of the House Judiciary and Senate that lying in a civil case was bad enough but lying to a GJ was a whole other matter. Entrapment. That Ken Starr and the PJ lawyers are diabolical.
