It would not surprise me to see a Chapter 11 in the very near future. I don't see NPCT producing income or joint ventures in the near term. Oh yes they do plan on buying some other tech company that is suppose to bring value back to INCE. Right

I read the Raging Bull thread and think how more gullible people are being taken in. We heard all the same stories. Joint venture any day. Big German company interested in joint venture. Companies fighting over who will be the lucky company to work with us on PIC. Contracts being signed on Friday, next week, two weeks, and on and on and on. When I talked with Paul back in January 98, he assured me that they were talking with all the big interconnect companies and was absolutely certain that a joint venture would be signed within 60 days at most and he felt in 30. Big up front payment that would take care of financing needs. Well, the people on Ragin Bull had plenty of warning. Just wish someone had given us the same warnings. Jewel
