Would you care to reveal what you have done in order to get that information ? There are quite a few people here who have done a lot of work in trying to verify claims made by the company, so far they are batting zero at verifying any of the claims being made. Have you had a success you care to share ?

Why then aren't you also questioning Janice on her "declaration" in which she says the conversion rate "is" 1:100? Well this is a real danger with this deal. This isn't fear mongering. How can you trust someone that has been in court so many times for possibly not chronically paying his bills? How can you not be concerned about these very real possibilities? What if they retire the stock at say 10 to one and allow conversion at 100 to one? Where are the common holders left? Out to dry?
