Don't disagree with anything you said, but would like to clarify a couple of points. First, we verified DGIV's outstanding and float with the TA, and verified that no dilution has been going on. Since DGIV is non-reporting, that is the only way we had to do that. Second, my impression is that FTEL has put more of its effort into equipment versus contracts, whereas DGIV has done the opposite. That is why DGIV has gone to NMSS and Nortel for their gateways and termination switches, although they also have some proprietary technology. I think contracts is where the money is for a small company, because joint ventures can be signed under the noses of the big guys, whereas the equipment market is easily dominated by giants with small margins. Maybe FTEL has changed its focus, I don't know because I don't follow it all that closely. I do agree that we are far from a shakeout in this fledging industry, and there should be room for several small companies. It is a big world out there. Best of luck to both DGIV and FTEL investors.
