To All:

In my opinion it's time to start accumulating ALSC. I have been and
will continue through November. I think this stock is poised for a
400% gain within the next 12-18 months. The company has enough
cash on hand to withstand the next 18 months but I think the tide
will turn before March 99 and leave us all sitting nicely. I've been
waiting quite a while for ALSC to show technical signs of a bottom
and I think it's very near. Good trading to all.

Chuck.

Jim, With tax loss selling season underway, many stocks that have been beaten down may retest their lows between now and years end. So, I plan on waiting for longer than that for good things to develop. On the other hand, since so much damage has already been done to the market, one could make a case that many small caps have already seen their lowest lows and that retesting will make successively higher lows.
