Thomas Larry and Ron thanks a bunch for the feedback on PEP I would love to hold it for a year ... if if if ... so many if's funny .. not good .. how I played this for a buck, many times, for a couple days hold, but held all my long stock ... all the way from mid 40's back down to near my entry ... and never seeing the trend had changed. bot my long shares couple years ago at 28 3/8 did I sell that when it was trading mid 40's? No ... I kept telling myself it was a long term position ... not a trade. day traded other positions in many times ... but never really believed we were in a major correction (prelude to a bear market?) and then sold my long shares at 30.50 ... sad I just kept expecting the market to rally on dips, as it has for years. We often don't see the "big" picture ... when watching so closely ... it becomes obscure. The market is an everchanging power. Those who can accept that and change and admit to change will survive, those who choose to ignore and refuse to accept these changes will not survive. I'm not sure which I am
