Yes flickerful,, there certainly is no shortage of doom and gloom around...
Still, our bank stocks (CDN.)tanked a couple of days ago when one announced that they were taking an 80 million $ hit for corporate bond losses. This tells me that the market is ignoring the gloom and doom until it hits them on the head with a 2by 4. There has certainly been no shortage of rumours and outright admissions to trading losses yet the market reacts violently when a new one fesses up...
