A message to investors.

If you haven't called and listened to the message from Don, you really should. All indications from him and from recent press releases lead me to believe that TSIS has great potential. I know with any stock, you are still gambling, but you have to like the direction this company is going.

Go back and read the past ten press releases and follow them in order. You will notice that TSIS is doing exactly what they planned on doing. They have signed up major players (Norwest/Wells Fargo, Yahoo, Monsanto, Seagate, Major Phone carries (Now and Future)) - The base has been set, and increased revenues will come.

It's not like TSIS is going to disappear, they have too many major players paying them a lot of money. They are a small company that is starting to grow rapidly, and that requires increased spending at the beginning. Once the staff is in place, the revenue numbers will increase and the overhead will decrease.

Of all my plays, this is the one I have the most confidence in. I hope TSIS just keeps sneaking up on people. Most people I discuss TSIS with are surprised it is at 29 cents, and they are intelligent people who follow major stocks too.

It's all timing with stocks.....

I suspect we are getting closer to an avalanche effect with TSIS!

My humble but honest opinion!

You are correct. The reverse split was in October/November of 1996 and was 1 for 7. The subject of a reverse split has not come up since except for assurances by the company that they were not considering any reverse splits. So, let's not even bring up that unpleasant subject unless we have reason for concern which, at this time, we do not!

Insofar as the annual meeting, l have no idea when it will be held. I have asked the company but no plans have yet been made. The last annual meeting was in February so, as much as it would be nice to have it before the end of the year, it does not look like it will happen. More likely sometime after the first of the year. If anyone knows anything different, kindly enlighten us.

I agree ... $1.80 would be nice; but I am looking for much higher prices. Of course, I have a longer time frame in mind. But with all the new clients coming on, and some of these contracts (like GTE and AT&T) are huge ... I have no idea what the potential can be. However, $1.80 seems like nothing when you take into consideration companies like MCI (which can be as big, if not bigger, than GTE). But as with most things, nothing happens overnight. I would think this company can be at $5 within a few years (but hopefully much, much sooner).

I look forward to meeting a lot of my fellow SI members at the meeting. It certainly will be nice to put faces to the names. I met very few at the last meeting (like John Baker and B. Gavlick) ... but are most appreciative of their input as they are better informed than I when it comes to p/e's and price projections.

Re agreeing with your financial projections....

I am much better at picking holes in other peoples messages than I am at divining revenues and earnings in out-quarters <grin>.
