Nice. I was looking at daily but the weekly looks good too.
NOI appears to be on a 16 week cycle. VTS on a 17 week. Both are a couple weeks into a new cycle. 3 possibilities: 1.) If they fail to swing up, the next low will be unbearably low...2.) the next cycle may be used to form a double bottom which cuts upside on this cycle in half (still a good gain)...3.) a 4 month swing up is just getting under way.

I still like NORT best so far though,
